Sr. Marketing Analyst, Fandango - VERSANT
Fandango is looking for a Sr. Analyst to join the Marketing Analytics team. The team is responsible for providing deep analysis of the performance of Fandango’s portfolio of sites and apps. The ideal candidate will have exceptional quantitative skills, a passion for data analysis, and the ability to synthesize learnings into actionable insights. A Senior Marketing Data Analyst is responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that guide strategic marketing decisions and drive revenue growth. This role goes beyond reporting—leveraging advanced analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and business acumen to influence decision-making and optimize marketing investments across channels. Key Responsibilities Evaluate campaign and promotional performance to determine which tactics drove meaningful impact, which underperformed, and what truly moved the needle. Provide strategic, data-backed recommendations on future promos, messaging, and channel strategies to maximize ROI. Deliver persuasive presentations that distill promotional learnings into clear direction for stakeholders at all levels. Mentor junior analysts by reviewing methodology, ensuring best practices, and fostering a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement. Collect and analyze marketing data from multiple sources (Adobe Analytics, social media, CRM, email marketing platforms, etc.). Build/maintain revenue-focused reports and dashboards to monitor the performance of our Paid, CRM, OTT (e.g. Roku, Vizio, Samsung), and trade marketing campaigns Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign effectiveness. Measure A/B testing, customer segmentation, and predictive modeling to enhance targeting and personalization. Use analytics tools and data visualization techniques to present findings in a clear and actionable way. Monitor and assess competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
