Position Overview The Technical Logistics Assistant position provides high-quality service and support for NBC of the Milan 2026 Olympic Winter Games. Areas of support include NBC operations located at the International Broadcast Center, Olympic Venues, Warehouse facility, and other locations specified by NBC in support of the broadcast. This position reports to the Manager, Production Logistics. Responsibilities • Handle material, including picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management of all non-technical equipment at the Warehouse, International Broadcast Center (IBC), venues, and other locations specified by NBC. • Physically handle and move equipment, supplies, goods, pallets, and boxes. • Assist with loading and unloading trucks and delivering equipment and supplies to and from the Warehouse, IBC, venues, and other locations specified by NBC. • Perform various administrative duties, including taking phone and online orders, tracking budgets, organizing documents, and providing customer service to various client groups. • Source and prepare non-technical goods and services, including Environmental Health & Safety, medical equipment, office supplies, furniture, etc. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including breaking down boxes, picking up, and disposing of trash and waste.
