Junior Project Specialist

We are looking for a Project Junior Specialist with 3 years of experience to join our Universal Pictures International Spain Marketing team in Madrid. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, this role will work closely with the Partnership and Digital Managers, supporting the development, execution, and follow-up of key marketing and communication projects. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Partnership and Digital Managers on the ideation, planning, and execution of marketing and communication initiatives. Oversee day-to-day coordination of projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution. Manage project budgets, ensuring effective cost control and resource allocation. Prepare presentations, status reports, and documentation to support internal communication and decision-making. Monitor and track project performance and KPIs, providing actionable insights for optimization. Liaise with external partners, agencies, and vendors as needed to support project execution.
