Programme Essentials To join one of our 12-month Internships you must meet one of the following criteria: You’re currently an undergraduate studying at University and returning to full time education in Autumn 2027 You’re looking to gain work experience after completing your A-Levels, an equivalent course or an Apprenticeship Additionally, you must be eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the duration of the internship from Monday 29th June 2026 – Friday 23rd July 2027. As a UK Publicity Intern within the Theatrical team, you will be supporting a fast-paced team to facilitate and deliver innovative film campaigns, whilst also developing your own skills and knowledge to help you progress within the industry. Responsibilities may include: Supporting the team with all Publicity elements of a film release Team coordination and administration support Liaising with appointed Publicity agencies Participating and helping facilitate brainstorming sessions for campaign ideas Helping with adhoc projects such as research, social media scraping, creating presentations, collecting industry news and digital innovations within the entertainment & adjacent industries Supporting the team in managing budgets by raising purchase orders, recording costs and dealing with billing queries Assisting with the planning and logistics of talent tours, events and screenings, including evening and weekend working where necessary Managing and assisting with press screening check ins Compiling post-campaign coverage reports What will I learn from this opportunity? The day-to-day operations of how a high-performing entertainment company operates A full understanding of how to deploy 360° film marketing campaigns – you will have visibility and be working collaboratively with a wide variety of teams such as UK publicity, EMEA Publicity, Special Projects, Marketing, Trade, Sales and Finance. The key skills that are needed to pursue a career in publicity or marketing by assisting on a wide variety of projects
