Team Assistant

The Team Assistant will support VP+ level members across EMEA Networks & Hayu businesses with administrative tasks including diary management and business travel. Further elements of the role incorporates contract management, administration assistance and event / meeting planning and booking. Key Responsibilities Team Assistant Support Provide a wide range of administrative support to designated VP+ team members. Communicate with external suppliers, agencies, and clients to facilitate meetings and administration. Arrange business travel, coordinate travel documentation, and manage expense reports. Manage the raising of POs, vendor set up and invoice processing for relevant team member events / workshops / supplies. Diary management and general office management including room booking and scheduling meetings. Managing finance related queries including expenses and purchasing card charges. Support onboarding of new team members with equipment, documentation, and introductions. Provide support across all aspects of event planning and delivery, including logistics, scheduling, vendor coordination, on-the-day assistance, and post-event follow up.
