Essential Functions (Responsibilities): Mentor and coach team members by setting clear growth goals, providing regular feedback, and supporting career development aligned with individual aspirations and organizational needs. Translate business needs into scalable, maintainable software solutions that integrate seamlessly with the broader technical ecosystem. Lead estimation and risk assessment processes, proactively identifying dependencies and mitigation strategies to ensure predictable delivery. Contribute to and influence the team roadmap, balancing strategic initiatives with delivery commitments and team capacity planning. Drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies and continuously improving engineering processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.
