Meet The Press NOW is looking for an experienced Associate Producer who has a strong interest in political reporting and election coverage and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment. Responsibilities: Editing video and producing graphic elements for the live show on tight deadlines Editing in Adobe Premiere and AVID Working closely with EP, senior producers, line producer, segment producers, booking producers, production assistants and hosts Pitching relevant and compelling live and taped segment ideas Compiling research for day-of news and long-term projects Writing scripts in iNews as needed Working closely with the Meet the Press digital team to publish and distribute video on social media and owned-platforms Staying up on the news and jumping in as duty calls
