Facility Engineer Manager - NBC Sports

NBC Sports is looking for a Facility Engineer Manager to join the team located in Stamford, CT. This position will be responsible for overseeing and operating critical systems, managing engineering staff, EHS compliance, emergency preparedness, and maintenance management. Responsibilities: Oversee the maintenance and operation of critical HVAC and electrical infrastructure within the NBC Sports facility. Manage facility electricians and a team of multi-skilled facility engineers who perform maintenance and repairs. Provides supervision for vendors under Electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and Fire and Life Safety. Oversee capital improvement and maintenance projects and budgets in the Stamford & Monroe facility from planning through execution. Monitors building management systems (Johnson Controls BMS and Schneider Electric EPMS) and ensure the upkeep and optimal functionality. Responsible for conducting building maintenance and inspections of space and facility systems. Administer and maintain the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for all work orders and Preventative Maintenance (Archibus). Develop, schedule, and ensure completion of all Preventative Maintenance (PM) activities for facility systems. Develop Methods Of Procedures (MOPs) for critical tasks. Update and maintain the facility’s Emergency Operating Procedure (EOP) documentation. Direct and execute system repairs and routine maintenance across the critical facility environment. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date asset tracking system for all critical facility equipment. Collaborate directly with internal stakeholders across the building to manage their project requests and space needs. Arrange for skill and safety training for facility staff.
