Universal Studios Hollywood, Entertainment Production Design Internship – Summer 2026

Our Universal Studios Hollywood (USH) Internship Program gives you more than a glimpse behind-the-scenes of a working theme park – here you can get the chance to make a real impact on our business. Your internship begins with your key project assignment and concludes with a final presentation of your results to members of Senior Leadership. Summer 2026 Semester System Program Dates: June 1, 2026 – August 7, 2026 Quarter System Program Dates: June 15, 2026 – August 21, 2026 Internship applications will close on Friday, December 19th at 11:55 PM PT. The Entertainment Production Design department is responsible for the creative and visual development of live entertainment events at Universal Studios Hollywood from concept to implementation. As a Production Design Intern, you will learn the design process for entertainment events by providing support to production designers and associate production designers through graphic design, 3D models, draftings, production packets, and concept art creation. This hands-on experience will develop your understanding of the full production of a live event in a theme park.
