The Role: Lead the development and execution of innovative, high-impact co-branded campaigns across NBCU’s portfolio, aligning sponsor goals with NBCU IP. Drive creative ideation and execution in partnership with Sales, Strategy, Development, and Network teams. Develop concepts and produce content for campaigns across Linear, Streaming, Social, and Digital platforms. Manage creative teams (writers, producers, editors, designers) and provide direction throughout production. Collaborate with talent, production, and vendors to deliver on vision, budget, and timelines. Effectively presents and pitches creative concepts internally and externally during pre-sale and post-sale phases. Ensure alignment with content strategy and foster cross-team collaboration. Oversees creative execution with the ability to directs shoots as needed, encouraging innovation and problem-solving.
