Product Manager, Performance Activation

NBCUniversal Advertising Products & Solutions (AP&S) is responsible for the product development and project management of NBCUniversal’s full advertising technology suite. From sales support to campaign execution, delivery, and billing, our division services both internal and external customers in support of NBCUniversal’s $7B+ annual advertising business. Together, we’re building the platform that powers the future of advertising at NBCU. As a Product Manager for Performance Optimization Activations, you will lead initiatives to improve campaign efficiency through automation, optimization algorithms, and streamlined workflows for buyers. Key Responsibilities: Own the roadmap for Performance based campaigns, focusing on workflow automation and optimization features. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Data Science, and Engineering to implement bidding strategies and pacing controls. Develop advanced optimization tools, including KPI-based bidding models and real-time performance reporting. Drive integration with NBCU Ad Sales systems to support real-time targeting and campaign activation. Drive enhancements to reduce manual campaign setup and improve targeting precision. Partner with DSPs and internal systems to integrate optimization algorithms and reporting capabilities. Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and build solutions to recommend improvements. Lead test-and-learn programs for new optimization strategies and automation features. Ensure alignment with NBCU’s broader advertising technology strategy and client needs.
