Job Purpose The Entertainment Coordinator will provide administrative support to Development and Programming executives in Universal Television Alternative Studio and will serve as office liaison communicating with internal NBCU divisions as well as the external business and creative community.

The Sr. Design Manager is responsible for the Art Direction and design, of presentation materials. This includes the managing the project and its deliverables as well as visual problem solving to help our partners tell the most compelling story. Ownership of the project includes presenting the work and articulating design rationale to internal stake holders. This role also develops internal-use templates and is responsible for their design and build out. The Sr. Manager is responsible for internal training on those templates to key partners.

The Director of EHS will be assigned feature productions to ensure overall compliance with all applicable company, federal, state, local and/or international environmental, occupational safety and health policies, rules, and regulations. Additionally, the Director of EHS will provide guidance and support to fellow EHS Managers as they encounter difficulties in their own feature safety oversight.

SUMMARY The Assistant Manager, Audio/Video Creative Development – is responsible for overseeing the onsite design implementation, installation, and operation of audio/video systems of assigned Entertainment projects of various scale, to include marquee events, park theatrical entertainment, press events, and special projects, while also handling inventory and logistics of Entertainment audio/video assets.

SUMMARY The Associate Production Designer – Project Hire works under the supervision of the Senior Manager, Manager, and/or Production Designer and helps deliver designs (environment, scenic, set dressing, props, costume, etc.) for varying Entertainment projects including, Live shows, Marquee & Shoulder Events, Seasonal Atmosphere, Character Photo Ops, Symphony Activations, and Placemaking efforts. JOB DUTIES Works with the Production Designers developing concepts via sketches, storyboards, and photo studies to communicate preliminary design ideas.

This position is an entry-level role on the Universal Studios Hollywood CityWalk Shared Services team with targeted responsibility for CityWalk owned and operated Food venues with a wide range of activities supporting areas including Purchasing, Inventory, Menu and Recipe maintenance, Labor scheduling, Daily Reporting. The ideal candidate is a team player and will be successful interacting with teams across Hilltop Operations, Restaurant Management, Finance, Sourcing.

Programming Coordinator will focus on supporting the ingest of all content licensed for the SkyShowtime direct-to-consumer platform as well as to various MVPD partners. Coordinator will track delivery notifications & launch dates to prioritize content ingests as well as tracking ingest status in the Media Asset Management system and upkeep Salesforce, Airtable, & trackers for internal and external teams with current statuses.
