The Position: The Senior Vice President, Human Resources has overall leadership responsibility for the design, development and implementation of effective HR strategies that support the people and business priorities of Universal Studios Hollywood. This position serves as a key member of the senior leadership team for the Universal Studios Hollywood businesses and the senior human resources staff.

Summary This role oversees the compliance and administrative functions within the Human Resources department. It ensures the accurate and efficient implementation of attendance policies and bi-annual status checks in line with our Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). Additionally, this position supervises HR Assistants who manage attendance infraction disciplines and support the interactive and accommodations processes for Team Members with leave or accommodation needs.

Associate Creative Director Associate Creative Director, Films will help lead and manage the 360-degree creative campaigns for Peacock Original films and movie studio theatrical releases on Peacock. The Associate Creative Director will report to the Creative Director, Films and will help oversee internal writers, producers, editors and associate producers as well as external vendors/agencies tasked with developing and executing creative marketing projects and campaigns.

As a Health Services Supervisor at Universal Studios Hollywood, you will be an integral part of the team dedicated to ensuring the health and safety of our guests, team members and vendor partners. Your role, alongside the other team supervisor and manager, is to lead our team of nurses, emergency medical technicians, and paramedics. They are responsible for delivering exceptional guest service through compassionate and prompt first aid care to our guests, as well as preventive and post-injury occupational health care to our team members.

The Publicity Assistant to EVP, Publicity at Focus Features will assist in all day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling meetings and conference calls; reconciling PO’s; processing invoices and expense reports; managing press correspondence; coordinating travel arrangements for filmmakers and talent; managing filmmaker and talent publicity schedules; monitoring traditional and new media and compiling publicity breaks; assisting with various research projects.
