The Senior Manager, Content Strategy will be an integral member of the team responsible for developing Peacock and Bravo’s holistic slate strategy for unscripted content to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and viewership. The Content Strategy team works closely with stakeholders across NBCUniversal to align content strategy and execution to business KPIs. The Senior Manager position will report to the Vice President of Content Strategy.

As an Attractions Assistant Manager, in partnership with the Attractions manager, you will be responsible for the growth and development of salaried Supervisor and lead team, maintaining strategic, financial and daily operational plans that support overall guest and team member satisfaction of the attraction.

Role Summary: This is an exciting & challenging opportunity to provide HR for HR support to our team members at Universal Destinations & Experiences, as well as help support the broader HR community at NBCUniversal. This role will be responsible for supporting clients at all levels, providing strategic input on organizational design, managing employee relations issues and investigations, supporting the performance management process, compensation planning, succession planning, and all other HR initiatives.

Assist attorneys for Universal Destinations & Experiences with review of a wide range of marketing and advertising collateral across all channels, including marketing toolkits, press releases, websites, mobile applications, and social media content to ensure compliance with FTC and marketing laws, trademarks, rights of privacy/rights of publicity, intellectual property license agreements, and corporate guidelines. Review scripts and storyboards for social media, radio and television commercials.

Role Purpose: The Counsel/Sr. Counsel, Intellectual Property within the Brands and Content IP team will provide strategic legal guidance and oversight on IP issues arising from content production, brand development and global expansion initiatives. They will serve as a key advisor to senior business leaders and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to protect and enhance NBCUniversal’s IP assets.

The Supervisor, Entertainment Operations Shows shall be responsible for ensuring the functionality of all operations related to the day to day execution of the show(s)/element to which they are assigned. The Supervisor reports to the Manager and Assistant Manager, Entertainment Operations Shows as appropriate to ensure proper facilitation of duties. The Coordinator, Communications will handle administrative duties and assist in supporting three Communications Executives.

The Application Engineer role is to implement and maintain vendor provided ticketing software applications across all Parks. This includes installation and implementation as well as troubleshooting while providing day-to-day support to existing software applications. The Application Engineer will set up and maintain system administration and configuration of software systems. Provide day-to-day application support on software systems at all Parks Technology locations. This includes after hours, weekends and on-call support.

Provides essential structure and support to the Entertainment AV team with daily operations and projects of various scale, including daily park entertainment, marquee events, placemaking efforts, and special projects. For each, works with the team on driving the production process forward with an emphasis on organizational skills, documentation, and communication. Essential Functions Provide daily supervision of the duties, priorities, and workflows of Entertainment Audio/Video group, including Entertainment Technical Services (ETS) sub-group.
