Key Responsibilities Team Assistant Support Provide a wide range of administrative support to designated VP+ team members. Communicate with external suppliers, agencies, and clients to facilitate meetings and administration.
JOB SUMMARY The Facility Coordinator is primarily responsible for preparing and managing all overall facility project correspondence as well as the overall administrative/document controls functions that are critical to the development of large multi-faceted themed attractions and ensuring these are completed in accordance with established policies and procedures.
The Coordinator, Communications will support two Communications Executives and the broader Communications team across Universal Television Entertainment (NBC Broadcast, Bravo, Peacock and Universal Studio Group) with administrative and operational responsibilities.
The Production Coordinator position reports to the Sr. Director of Operations and plays a key role within the Versant Sports Operations team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the production coordination needs of assigned remote Versant Sports broadcasts. This position is responsible for scheduling on-air promos, secondary events, ratings and all elements for the daily programming. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Build 2 logs daily, 3 if necessary. Extract daily logs for Ad sales traffic department to place commercials. Input promo rotations. Follow up on arrivals, review, placing and functioning of In-shows.
