Sales Analyst

The Sales Analyst is responsible for delivering data-driven insights that support sales strategy, revenue growth, and operational efficiency for the Orlando and Universal Studios Sales Department. This role partners closely with Sales Leadership, Finance, and other departments to analyze performance, evaluate product and offers, and provide actionable reporting that drives informed business decisions. The ideal candidate would be a highly motivated, effective communicator with a strong analytical skillset. Key Responsibilities Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Analyze sales performance across regions, products, channels, and customers Develop and maintain recurring reports and dashboards to track KPIs, pipeline health, bookings, and revenue for park admission product Support sales forecasting and planning by identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities Perform pipeline, funnel, and conversion analysis for Meeting and Events business including revenue booking pace Partner with Sales team to provide ad hoc analysis and executive-ready insights Identify process improvements and opportunities for automation in reporting workflows Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, and IT to align data and metrics Help prepare pricing charts for addendums and identify ticketing requirements needed for creation of Sales products
