Sr. Director of Product Design

Primary focus The focus of this team is on the experience of the end user who starts out as a prospect and has an interest in purchasing a subscription through a device partner (ie Samsung TV, Roku, Apple TV, Apple mobile, Android mobile etc). The journey continues through possible offers, and then to the purchase journey. The Commerce Product Design Team also cares for the UX of the user who wants to upgrade, downgrade, or wants to cancel their subscription through a device partner. This role holder will lead, mentor, conceive, define, design, develop, test, and launch vivid and compelling experiences that are contextually relevant, exceedingly useful, and will drive results. You will partner closely with other designers and design leaders on driving an innovative design vision while ensuring AI (Agentic Commerce) features feel seamless, natural, and cohesive across surfaces and platforms.
