Marketing Assistant

UPHE Marketing team is responsible for planning and executing multi-territory marketing campaigns across Australia and New Zealand. These campaigns support the digital sales of films and television series throughout their full life cycle, including Premium, EST, and VOD windows. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support the Senior Marketing Managers in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across Home Entertainment releases Provide administrative and coordination support to the Marketing team, including scheduling meetings, supporting purchase order creation and maintaining release schedules Coordinate trade marketing requests in collaboration with Account Management and Marketing teams, including briefing, artwork/asset requests, and approval processes Manage campaign timelines, trackers, and asset delivery to ensure all activities are executed on schedule Support partnership activations, PR initiatives, influencer campaigns, events and screenings Maintain accurate campaign documentation, trackers, and asset libraries to support efficient campaign execution
