We embrace authenticity and inspire people to thrive. Responsibilities: Liaise with product owners and stakeholders to review acceptance criteria and technical specifications. Provide active contribution towards key design decisions and implementation. Collaborate with engineers to help develop effective test plans and strategies. Write and execute test cases (manual and automated) for backend, API and playback. Collaborate with the team to ensure quality is considered at every stage of the lifecycle. Own defect management and perform knowledgeable analysis of the testing results to perform root cause analysis. Effectively utilize applicable testing tools and be proactive in improving team tech stack. Work toward increasing operational efficiency.
