Product Owner, Prism Portal (AI Solutions)

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Product Owner to join our AI Solutions team within Operations & Technology. In this role, you will work on enterprise products and agents utilizing Generative AI to create impactful solutions in areas such as conversational agents, and insights and analytics. This role will involve strategic planning, hands-on execution, and leadership, ensuring that our products meet both organizational goals and stakeholder needs. Key Responsibilities Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholder community, including Program Management, Product, Engineering, Scrum, and leadership, to scope, develop, and implement GenAI products. Develop a deep understanding of stakeholder needs to define detailed, actionable requirements and write user stories for engineering work. Perform product testing to ensure functionality, accuracy, and performance as well as conduct demos. Own and maintain products, utilizing feedback to iterate and refine features continuously. Strategic Execution & Stakeholder Engagement: Drive the execution of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and long-range plans. Partner with internal and external stakeholders throughout the end-to-end GenAI use case lifecycle. Prepare and deliver decks, reports, metrics, recommendations, and other resources to stakeholders and executives. Innovation: Stay informed on emerging AI, LLM, machine learning, and similar technologies as well as the latest vendor offerings. Contribute to identifying reusable enterprise GenAI patterns to streamline future implementations. Identify opportunities to enhance products, improve operational processes, and drive overall efficiency.
