Here you can: The SpinCo organization is looking for an HR Generalist to join their team! In this role, You will help drive HR processes that span: onboarding, rewards and recognition, performance feedback, talent attraction and development, and HR’s business impact. In the day to day, you will partner in the areas of organization design & integration, staffing, compensation planning, manager coaching, employee development, workforce planning and performance management. In collaboration with the HRBP teams, the HR Generalist will provide day to day client support and HR solutions for their assigned client groups. What you’ll do: Leverage HR processes (including onboarding, rewards and recognition, performance feedback, talent attraction and development) and provide HR support for client groups Partner/collaborate with leadership team to align and execute HR strategies in support of business initiatives Manage complex employee relations issues including organizational and structural changes Develop and implement appropriate change management plans Implement and monitor adherence to HR policies, procedures and practices Provide advice, counsel and coaching to employees regarding HR policies and procedures Partner with stakeholders across the enterprise, including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Employment Law Serve as project manager to coordinate and oversee programs and initiatives across the business Uncover, assess and propose opportunities improve HR processes
