Specialist, Programmatic Sales Operations
The Programmatic Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for the gathering of all digital campaign media assets and ensuring creative is up to NBCU spec. The Programmatic Sales Operations team works side-by-side with the planning and sales teams to ensure that all programmatic deals run smoothly and exceed client expectations. We are looking for a detail-oriented, technically savvy, problem solver with superior customer service skills and leadership qualities to join our team. Responsibilities Ensuring media is delivered to published specifications and lead time Regularly pulling SSP reporting, and updating team on creative status for all internal and external parties Attend weekly POD meetings to ensure sales, planning, and operations are in lockstep. Direct interaction with Programmatic Sales Team and Clients to ensure campaign fulfillment Functional knowledge on trafficking programmatic deals in FreeWheel, OperativeOne and Google Ad Manager Must be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team Ability to multitask and efficiently manage priorities is critical Must be organized and detail oriented with great attention to accuracy
