Project Manager
Role Purpose: As part of the Bravo Marketing Production team, the Project Manager will be responsible for production and project management duties across BRAVO creative marketing campaigns. This is a 360° production role that facilitates the creation and delivery of a wide variety of campaign creative materials. The Project Manager is a key connector across all internal teams and vendors, who ensures budget and timeline goals are met. Responsibilities: Manage the 360° marketing production process from concept through final delivery Partner with the creative team to confirm campaign needs and produce a high volume of creative marketing deliverables including Video, Design, Social, Digital, Paid Media, Event Collateral and more Facilitate problem solving for any resource, workflow, and scheduling concerns Negotiate and maintain project budgets, including forecasting, accurate estimations and invoicing Manage internal and external creative workflow and campaign approval process Partner with all necessary internal teams (Brand Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Shoot Production, Post Production, Press, etc) on campaign timelines and deliverable needs Lead necessary legal approvals and communicate key legal restrictions to all affected parties On board external vendors legally and financially through NDA’s, SOW, PSA, W-9’s, etc Be the primary contact for all new creative requests. Assign and track creative projects in Airtable Partner with the shoot and photo production teams on creative content capture, specs, and shoot budgets Work with the post operations team on asset management and storage to ensure technical best practice is established and followed Distribute creative assets to all necessary teams and partners
