Sr. Director, FP&A Media Group
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, FP&A Media Group and Peacock, this key role on the Media Group finance team is responsible for the Financial Planning and Analysis function for all of Media Group. The role provides the unique opportunity to become immersed in the portfolio’s multiple business models, with the ability to gain an in-depth view and understanding of the full portfolio P&L. The Senior Director, FP&A Media Group will be part of the team responsible for all budget, planning and estimate cycles and all related portfolio financial analysis. The role works closely with all key members of financial leadership including Media Group Finance leadership team, the Media Group FP&A leads as well as Corporate FP&A. The role is a key part of the preparation of all portfolio financials presentations/pitches to a wide spectrum of senior internal audiences. The role will also have the ability to gain an in-depth view and understanding of the Peacock streaming business and be an integral member of the team that is analyzing results and modeling future revenue and expenses in meeting the growth and expansion plans of the Media business. Responsibilities Responsible for P&L and Free Cash Flow forecasting, planning and portfolio analysis across the Media Group portfolio Key member of team leading annual Budget and LRP processes, associated planning cycles and related executive presentations Leverage portfolio trends and data to provide key insights to senior management Assist in preparation of operating review pitches and portfolio financials Important role in establishing the new reporting structure and processes due to recent companywide reorganization related to SpinCo, including required system changes Formal leadership over three person Media Group FP&A team Foster collaborative environment and seek to streamline FP&A processes across Media Group portfolio Key liaison to NBCU Corporate FP&A and Strategy teams including aggregating financial and operational insights ahead of earnings releases or investor conferences
