As a Principal Product Management leading Targeting and Personalization product development on our Commerce team, the role holder will conceive, define, design, develop, test, and launch highly effective platform capabilities that will enhance broader Commerce customer journeys in partnership with Engineering, Data Science, Marketing and wider Product teams. The Targeting & Personalization domains within Commerce are growing, with a focus on delivering seamless, tailored customer experiences that feel relevant to every user – supporting commerce goals across onboarding, upgrades and reducing cancellations and churn. The role holder will need to balance building more tactical executions driving immediate value leveraging existing capabilities alongside unlocking longer term opportunities through strategic capability development. Key Responsibilities Translate the strategy into a prioritized roadmap for targeted and personalized components that will deliver improved customer experiences and commerce outcomes. Use data insights and stakeholder intelligence to drive prioritization, hypotheses, and product plans. Socialize and evangelize the strategy and roadmap to stakeholders at every level of the organization. Be an expert in your product’s insights and KPIs. Collaborate with other product leads, designers, and engineers to successfully deliver products to market with your team with a focus on measurable outcomes and consistent optimization. Produce high-quality requirements, strategies and work product. Push relentlessly for quality while meeting aggressive deadlines. Work closely with Architects and Engineers to translate requirements into a viable technical and business architecture Plan and build scalable and extensible products and tools. Work in collaboration with the Data Science and marketing partners to deliver consistent customer strategies. Partner closely with Marketing and Content Personalization organizations to align a 360 view of the customer to driven seamless experience across channels
