“What would you say you do here?” Software Product Ownership Define and prioritize product backlogs based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. Collaborate with UX designers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high- quality features. Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews in an Agile environment. Requirements Development - User Research & Discovery Conduct interviews, surveys, and observational studies with internal users to uncover pain points and opportunities. Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable product requirements. Build empathy-driven user personas and journey maps to guide product decisions. Software Design & Layout Partner with technical leadership to validate feasibility of solutions. Draft low and high fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma. Ensure design consistency and usability across internal applications. Manage and maintain the DreamWorks design language system. Internal Customer Advocacy Serve as the primary liaison between internal creative teams and the product development team. Facilitate feedback loops and ensure continuous alignment with user expectations. Champion a culture of user-centered design and iterative improvement.
