Digital Account Manager
This Digital Account Manager will play a key role on the Digital Account Management Sales Support team at NBCUniversal Local. This position supports Account Executives and internal teams across local stations and National Sales Offices in developing and executing digital advertising campaigns. The role focuses on Regional Sports Network (RSN) sales support, helping to manage campaign delivery, performance tracking, and client communication. Responsibilities: Assist in the RFP, pricing, and planning process by analyzing inventory and building digital media proposals. Book and manage digital campaigns using internal systems; ensure accurate invoicing. Monitor campaign pacing and delivery; flag issues and support optimization efforts. Coordinate with traffic and operations teams to schedule and launch campaigns. Provide regular campaign updates, including pacing reports and performance summaries. Track impression metrics to support full campaign delivery. Support monthly billing reconciliation in collaboration with Billing Analysts. Act as a day-to-day contact for RSN livestream campaigns (NHL, NBA, MLB). Participate in team meetings and collaborate with the Sports Partnership Development team.
