Financial Analyst - Sports Studio Production & Facilities

The Financial Analyst, reporting into the Finance Manager, Sports Studio Production & Facilities, will support the team who oversees the financial management of the NBC Sports facility in Stamford along with Olympics & Sports Engineering, Olympic & Sports Production Ops, Technical Logistics, IT, and all capital, engineering and remote operations budgets that support marquee properties including NBC Sports, NBC Olympics, Sunday Night Football, and the NBA. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain exposure to O&T leadership alongside NBC Sports partners. Position overview Support monthly and quarterly close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, pacing, and variance analysis Manage high volume of accounts payable, purchase orders, and vendor setup and maintenance Provide financial support for sports facility operations Support capital projects at the Stamford facility across Sports and Olympic properties, ensuring alignment with budget, timelines, and operational objectives Prepare and post monthly and quarterly allocations, cross-charges, and intercompany transactions Partner with Controllership team on key processes and financial initiatives Maintain accurate and up-to-date finance process documentation Assist in ad hoc projects, as necessary
