NBCUniversal is looking for an attorney to join the Advertising & Partnerships Legal team as Counsel. This position will support the NBCU Advertising & Partnerships team on a wide range of matters, including in-show integrations, production of custom commercial content, ad innovations, live events, and more, across NBC, Bravo, Telemundo, and Peacock. The position is based in New York, NY. Responsibilities: Provide timely, practical legal advice on advertising campaigns, including risk assessments for senior executives. Review creative content for legal considerations including regulatory compliance, intellectual property clearance, and guild considerations. Draft and negotiate a wide variety of agreements, including: Agreements with advertisers, including brand integration agreements, custom content agreements, and sponsorship agreements; and Talent and influencer agreements. Support live events and experiential activations. Monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting advertising and provide internal trainings and resources. Contribute to team-wide initiatives and support cross-functional legal projects.
