The Senior Manager, Design Operations, is a savvy, experienced, collaborative design expert responsible for managing the operations for the design team. This position requires extensive design knowledge and excellent production management skills across video, print, digital , as well as exceptional communication, organization, and prioritization skills. This position will report to the Senior Director, Brand Operations, manage two direct reports and partner closely with the Senior Director, Design. You will be responsible for collaborating with team of internal designers, external agencies and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain the brand design integrity across the marketing organization. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of the next phase of the Peacock design-system that will shape the visual look, tone of voice and sonic branding across the company and build long-lasting emotional connections with consumers. For cross-company brand design-system projects, lead planning, prioritization, goal setting, tracking, timelines, and stakeholder relationships with the objective of delivering inspiring creative Establish and lead the process, workflows, documentation, and tools management for the design team to ensure efficient on time, on budget execution and delivery of compelling innovative creative. Help manage design team project assignments to align project need and skillset, including time allocation and bandwidth tracking for team to operate efficiently. Manage production & maintenance of all brand & elements style guides, toolkits and gfx packages (in partnership with designers); POC for internal stakeholders and agency. Work with multiple teams, including Product, Social, Single Title, Growth & Lifecycle, and Performance Media, to ensure channel specific deliverables and asset needs are accounted for in design-system.
