The role will support the Performance Media team in planning the Always On creative strategy and driving subscriptions across Peacock/direct-to-consumer products. Responsibilities: Aid in creative strategy development for performance media Collaborate on the creative process – brainstorming, briefing, ordering and tracking of creative requests and collecting feedback Assist in analyzing creative performance regularly and recognize trends and insights to make recommendations for optimizations Operate as point person on cultural insights and research, monitoring and proactively sharing emerging trends across the industry to help inform creative strategy and testing opportunities Effectively communicate creative approach with internal stakeholders and ad partners Work closely with channel managers to understand platform creative needs Stay abreast of creative changes and proactively communicate out to stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Films, Scripted and Unscripted to identify priorities and areas of synergy for Performance Media
