We are looking for a media savvy, data driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. The role will support the Performance Media team in planning the Always On strategy and managing the optimization of paid social campaigns driving subscriptions across Peacock/Media Group products. Responsibilities: Work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to manage campaign set-ups and activations across all major social platforms (Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit) Analyze campaign performance regularly and provide insightful updates on pacing, volume, optimizations, and channel contributions to business goals Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate paid social strategies, including new testing recommendations Ensure accurate and timely creative asset delivery Work with social media account reps to stay on top of industry trends, leverage new technologies and participate in open betas Maintain optimal channel and investment mix based on MTA and MMM models
