MarTech Associate

NBCU’s Media Group is looking for an Associate with experience working in either video streaming, marketing technology or the media industry. They will be responsible for supporting the creation, execution, & management of Peacock offer & pricing constructs. Description: The Associate will join the Growth, Go-to-Market Marketing Technology team, reporting to the MarTech – Pricing, Tracking, & Targeting Director. They will directly enable the product management of Peacock’s pricing capabilities. A successful candidate for this position will have experience writing business requirements, completing technical tasks within operational tools, and identifying & triaging technical issues. Reporting to the Marketing Technology Director, the Associate is expected to become the “go-to” person for new offering & pricing requests and requirements – proactively identifying pain points that can be solved through system enhancements, assisting with running initiatives from concept through launch across both proprietary platforms and 3 party vendors, and acting as a tier 2 level of support for production issues. To launch innovative and creative solutions to streamline processes, workflows, and improve automation, they will partner with marketing vendors, internal business teams, and developers. The ideal candidate for this role will have some experience working with agile teams, and will possess strong decision-making skills, attention to detail, ability to lead others, and interpersonal skills acting as a liaison between business units. Responsibilities: Hands-on development and fulfillment of offers – creating voucher codes, testing, and tracking end-to-end. Review, create, & manage promotional vouchers for partnership promotions and marketing campaigns based on partnership business requirements Monitor and analyze voucher fulfilment performance throughout the campaign life cycle Analyze voucher fulfillment success rates and provide insights to stakeholders Develop, document, and enforce business rules, processes, programs, naming conventions, and procedures to streamline processes revenue drivers, using best practices and key learnings Understanding of marketing technology infrastructure for project implementation, governance and roadmap development
