Coordinator, Talent Brand & Marketing
Position Overview: At NBCUniversal, “Here you can” is more than a tagline, it’s a promise. It reflects our culture, our values, and our commitment to delivering an exceptional employee experience. As part of our Talent Brand & Marketing team, you’ll help bring this promise to life by telling the story of what it’s like to work at one of the world’s leading media and entertainment companies. This role is ideal for a creative, organized, and collaborative professional who’s passionate about building a career in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and digital storytelling. You’ll report to the Manager, Talent Brand Partnerships, and work closely with internal partners across Talent Acquisition, Corporate Communications, and our business units to help attract top talent through engaging content and campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Campaigns You’ll support the development of creative assets that showcase NBCU’s culture and achievements, collaborating with our lead in-house designer from concept to final approval. These assets may appear across platforms like our careers site, email campaigns, and WorkAtNBCU social channels. You’ll be an expert on our brand guidelines, bringing the “Here you can” spirit to life through graphics, videos, and written content. You’ll build and implement CRM email marketing newsletters and assist in executing recruitment marketing campaigns, especially during high-volume hiring periods (e.g., intern recruitment). You’ll track, analyze and report on campaign performance against key metrics to inform strategy and optimize future campaigns. Social Media & Audience Engagement You’ll own and manage the content calendar for our social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram). You’ll schedule, monitor, and approve social posts using our social media management tool (Sprout Social). You’ll collaborate with social media counterparts across NBCU for key cross-promotion opportunities. You’ll monitor audience engagement and sentiment, responding to interactions and making recommendations to improve reach and impact. Platform & Asset Management You’ll conduct regular audits of our internal and external platforms to ensure content accuracy and consistency. You’ll manage our team’s photo libraries, publicity releases, and other creative assets (Canva). You’ll learn and maintain content management systems and video hosting platforms. You’ll update internal resources such as talking points and location-specific “sell sheets” for Recruiters. You’ll document workflows and processes with partners, including Corporate Communications, Inclusion, and Early Careers.
