Academic Year Internship Program Details Program Dates: September 21, 2026 – April 23, 2027 Time Commitment: 16-24 hours per week. Exact schedule to be determined based on business need. We will do our best to accommodate course schedules. Format: Opportunities listed will require an intern to work from New York, NY. There are also business-specific opportunities available, which may be included in the descriptions below. Operations & Technology is a $1B operating cash flow ($1.5B FCF) division of NBCUniversal. The group functions as a global shared service within NBCUniversal performing critical functions including Media, Broadcast and Studio Operations & Production, Content Supply Chain, Information Technology and Engineering, as well as Cyber Security. The group operates from numerous locations around the world, including New York, Los Angeles, Denver, Connecticut, and London. Areas of placement may include, but are not limited to: International Corporate Finance, Billing Ad Sales: Global Customer Finance Operations (Order to Cash - O2C) builds competitive advantage by accelerating revenue cycles, optimizing cash flow and enhancing customer relationships for NBCU’s Digital and Linear networks and Properties, including Peacock. O2C is responsible for the set of business processes that involve receiving and fulfilling customer requests for goods or services, invoicing and collecting $15B from over 30,000 customers worldwide. Responsibilities of O2C include: Risk management, Billing, Collections, Cash operations and Finance reporting and analysis. This internship will work with the Billing Ad Sales team, the team responsible for the preparation, analysis, and invoicing our domestic and global media campaigns and licensing fees. International Corporate Finance, Risk Management: Global Customer Finance Operations (Order to Cash - O2C) embodies the customer partnerships and financial operations that support the revenue cycle in mitigating risk, billing, forecasting, partnerships, and accounts receivable management and controls. The Intern will support the Risk Management team, which is responsible for the delivery of credit analysis, credit decisioning, risk assessment mitigation controls, and all other material risks associated with Accounts Receivable across over 100 NBCU Business Units. Enterprise Product (Tech) Finance: The FP&A Systems team is part of the broader Data & Analytics team in Enterprise Products. Our focus is to support the Financial Planning and Analytics teams across the NBCU Organization. Our team works with every business unit at NBCU. Currently we are in the process of a 4+ year Finance Transformation program known as Project Keystone. This is a once in a career project that will define the systems used by the finance organization for the next 10-20 years. Responsibilities may include: supporting the enhancement of our current state SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation) solutions to convert them to leverage the new Code Block, performing delivery of an SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning solution that replaces one or more of our current state BPC solutions, and assisting with project management of the keystone program that will include multiple SAC and BPC solutions.
