Program Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple projects, ensuring they align with our organization's strategic goals and are delivered on time and within budget. Partner with necessary stakeholders & delivery team(s) to drive program roadmap, features, prioritization, and releases for assigned vertical Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies and develop plans to escalate and mitigate them Provide clear and consistent communication of program and project status for cross-functional teams, leadership, and stakeholders Develop and validate business cases with measurable benefit, influencing and interacting with multiple business cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, and internal operations and engineering teams Responsible for the timely preparation/compilation of data/edits and distributing reports, forms, and documents. Creates and edits presentations, agendas, spreadsheets, communications, databases, and reports relevant to your vertical Partner with internal shared service and brand digital teams to evaluate and decide on trade offs Determine MVP, evaluate internal product capabilities and benchmark them against industry leaders Be the champion of your diverse portfolio of programs and advocate for your users, both central and brand based Define KPIs, integrate usability studies, industry research, and analyze metrics to inform the success of products used within programs Utilize enterprise project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence and other applications to manage the program and deliverables, while adhering to PMO processes, documentation standards, and best practices Manage program capacity and forecasts Be a champion of PMO processes and best practices Additional assignments as needed per business need
